  • What happens if balloons deflate or pop?

    If balloons pop or deflate during our installation we will fix the defective balloons once the installation is complete. We are not responsible for balloons that pop or deflate post installation.

    The deposit is non-refundable however, you may reschedule your event.

Booking and Payment Information:

Once you fill out an inquiry form and contact form and I will contact you so that we will move forward with scheduling 15 min consultation to go over your needs. We accept major debit, credit cards, and Cash App.


Cancellation Policy:

The 50% deposit is non - refundable. However, with 2 week's notice you will receive a 50% refund, or you may reschedule your event.
